$30.00 fee for your 2009-2012 Official Certification coupled with maintaining your current USATF Membership will keep you listed as an active official in the Niagara Association. If you are not currently a member of USATF please consider joining for 4 years. It's the best deal and you won't have to bother to renew every year to keep your certification valid. If you are renewing, please consider renewing for 4 years. In addition to your payment, to complete the process please send the following to Chuck Von Holtz, Niagara Officials' chair: 1. A completed 2009-2012 Officials Database Form.  new_officials_database_form 105.41 Kb 2. A completed Rules Review for each dicipline in which you wish to be certified. 3. A listing of meets worked during the 2005-2008 Olympiad with your duties at each meet. 4. A digital head shot photo of yourself. |
