GVH Set to Participate in the USATF Cross Country Championships   SAN DIEGO – GVH’s 50+ team of Jim Robinson, Mark Rybinski, Tim McMullen, Gary Radford, Ron Blackmore and Dave Bowen along with 2 time Masters Cross Country Runner of the Year Dave O’Keeffe will be part of a record field of more than 700 athletes that will converge on Mission Bay Park in San Diego, Calif., for Saturday's USA Cross Country Championships. Six races are scheduled to decide national champions for master’s men and women; junior men and women; and open men and women.  read more
